Our church started in 1929. For many years it was known as Hollywood Missionary Church. More recently it has been known as Faith Missionary Church. Throughout the years the name may have changed but our mission to reach our community with the Gospel of Jesus Christ has not.
Our Present and Future
Faith Missionary Church continues to reach the families of Northern Fort Wayne, Indiana with quality teaching and a caring atmosphere that fosters each person's relationship with Christ.
The worship experience at Faith is vibrant. Faith Missionary Church is a body of believers who enjoy worshiping together. We believe that going to church on Sunday morning is something that we should want to do, not something that we feel we have to do. Worship at Faith has a very traditional style. We worship the Lord through hymns, some choruses, and regular study of God's Word. We invite you to come and experience worship at Faith!

Our Pastors
Rev. Richard Carpenter worked with Rev. Kohler during his college internship at Taylor University's Fort Wayne Campus from 1996-1998. In 1998 Richard became the Youth/Assistant Pastor at Faith. In 1999 a Senior Pastor position opened in Elkhart County, Indiana. From 1999-2006 Richard served as Senior Pastor and Interim Pastor in several churches in Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan. In 2007 Rev. Kohler and Richard were reunited as Richard returned to Faith as an Associate Pastor. March 1, 2009 Rev. Kohler and Rev. Carpenter switched roles. Now Rev. Carpenter serves as Senior Pastor here at Faith Missionary Church and Rev. Kohler has assumed the Associate Pastor duties. Rev. Carpenter has a passion to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ and wok closely with all who come to Faith Missionary Church.
Rev. Roy Kohler was Senior Pastor at Faith from July of 1987 until March 1, 2009 at which time he switched positions with Rev. Richard Carpenter. Now as the Associate Pastor, he has more time to enjoy his family and semi-retirement. Rev. Kohler's visionary leadership and commitment to the Word of God continues to help Faith to have a successful ministry. Pastor Kohler is also very gifted in the preaching and teaching ministry. Though Rev. Kohler is not in the office as much, his gifted teaching still has a beneficial effect on the congregation of Faith.
Rev. Carpenter and Rev. Kohler together provide effective Christ-centered ministry to reach the families of Faith Missionary Church as well as the surrounding community.
